Friday we packed up the Patriot and headed to Ohio. Saturday was Mr. Parker's 60th birthday bash, and we do not like to miss a party! :) It was great to see all the aunts, uncles and cousins from that side of the family. It was pretty cold though, so Lea got to wear her jacket for the first time! I love her little hat. Her eyes were watering from the cold wind...so we only stayed outside for about 5 minutes. Then on Sunday, the Klinger clan came up and Grandma Deb was nice enough to stay with Lea while I went to the Browns game with the Parkers, as well as my dad, Kelsy, Patrick and my cousin Sarah. We had a great time, and the weather was wonderful! I even got a sunburn :) he he The only way it could have been better is if we would have won...story of the season! This was really only the 3rd or 4th time I've been away from Lea...so that was kind of hard to deal with, although I knew she was in great hands. :)The drive back was LONG-we had to leave as soon as the game was over because Joey had class at 7am. Thankfully, we made it home around 3:30 am so we got a few hours of sleep. It was a pretty easy drive though, as Lea slept most of the way. The only thing that was not cool was that I hit an opossum...rest in peace little guy! ha ha You and your family shouldn't play in the middle of the highway if you don't want to die! :)
